"Scott Richters State Farm is the only insurance company I've ever had, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I got my license when I turned 16. I'm closing in on 50 now. They been threw hail storms, fender benders, tickets , you can imagine threw the years. My driving record has been looking good with my age and they recognize that as well. "Lots of glowing reviews on here. 👎 take them with a grain. I’ve been a customer of this agent for a couple years. I have never met or spoken with Scott Richter. I do not know if he exists. I have had multiple issues with my State Farm experience, on two occasions I have attempted to discuss and request assistance from my local office (Richter) and have yet to be met by something other than rudeness and incompetence on the other end of the phone. In fact, the lady that works there had the nerve to ignore me, only address my wife, and hung up on us on our last call because she didn’t like my tone after telling me she could barely hear me in the beginning of the call. Good luck with State Farm if you pick this agent. He is a ghost, and his team do not value or respect their accounts. This is my breakup letter to you Mr. Richter if that is your real name!"
